🏠 What is a Home Buyer Inspection?
A home buyer inspection is a thorough visual evaluation of the accessible areas of the property you're purchasing. Its goal is to identify major deficiencies, safety issues, or components nearing the end of their life so you can make a confident decision before you close.
During the inspection, I check areas such as the roof, exterior, structure, foundation, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC, attic, insulation, and interior features. You receive a detailed, photo-documented report outlining any significant findings, along with maintenance tips to help you care for your home long-term.
With more than 25 years working with homes and buildings, from rough framing to finish carpentry, I know how homes are built and how they perform over time, and I put that experience to work for you.

Get ahead of buyer surprises. A Pre-Inspection identifies issues before your home hits the market so you can fix, price, or disclose on your own terms.
An annual or periodic check on the home you already own, designed to catch small issues before they become big repairs, so you can plan ahead instead of react.
A pre-closing inspection of your newly built home, performed before the builder hands you the keys, so issues are caught while they're still on the builder's punch list.
