Joshua Knouff

Hi, I'm Joshua Knouff, owner of Knouff Home Inspections, a former union carpenter and licensed Washington State home inspector.

With more than 25 years of experience working with homes, buildings, and complex systems, I provide thorough, unbiased inspections and clear communication to help clients make confident decisions. My background includes residential and commercial construction, from rough framing to finish carpentry, giving me firsthand knowledge of how homes are built and how they perform over time.

I built Knouff Home Inspections with one goal: to provide thorough, unbiased inspections and clear communication that help people make confident home decisions.

I'm known for being thorough, detail-oriented, and practical. I don't just hand you a report. I help you understand what the findings mean, what matters most, and what comes next.

Whether you're buying your first house, building new construction, completing a warranty inspection, or investing in your future, my goal is to give you the clarity and confidence you need to move forward, and to protect what matters most.
